Whether you’ve been at the pool all day sipping cocktails, at the club all night downing drinks, or both, it’s Vegas and you’re probably going to want munchies in the wee hours of the morning. While most casinos and hotels have 24-hour cafes open, sometimes you want good grub to complete your fourth meal. We’ve found the best cuisines you crave when you need to slow down the effects of the alcohol after hours.

It’s the talk of the town in Vegas, which can only mean one thing: it’s that good. The massive 80,000-square-foot bowling alley meets concert venue with a splash of booze and some culinary genius is the combined basis of the Brooklyn Bowl in Sin City.

When you enter the doors, escalators and stairs initially greet you – opt for the escalators so you can enjoy the gorgeous entryway lined by concert-related artwork. A glittery disco ball hangs from the ceiling as you’re carried to the top where you will be amazed at the architectural maze of bars and rooms before you.

They’re fast, furious and tough as nails. Well, maybe not furious, but the fabulous Sin City Rollergirls do have an impressive sense of skill when it comes to the sport of skating.
