Aria Offers Rare Cognac & Champagne Dinner Pairing

Sage at Aria is uniting with A. Hardy U.S.A. for a one-of-a-kind dinner party on Thursday, Oct. 9 at 6 p.m. The event is offering the opportunity to sip on rare cognac and Champagne – all paired with a five-course meal.

Executive Chef Richard Camarota designed the menu for this event with Craig Shoettler, Aria’s master mixologist, and Benedicte Hardy, CEO of A. Hardy, as hosts guiding guests through the dinner, explaining the history of each cognac and the thought process behind each Champagne pairing decision.

Templeton Rye & Pork Pairing at Delmonico Steakhouse

For one night only, one of the Venetian's shining restaurant stars – Delmonico Steakhouse – is hosting a five-course Templeton Rye Whiskey and pork dinner pairing. The menu infuses pork items with Templeton Rye Whiskey, which was the same whiskey that Al Capone used to flood the streets of Chicago and New York City during the Prohibition Era. Menu items for this dinner include like Cajun Boudin Boulettes, Caramelized Porchetta, Butterscotch Bacon Pudding, and Panéed Pork Chops, to name just a few.
