3 Shows That Make An Evening in Las Vegas
Before you head into the Las Vegas evening for a long night of dancing and flirtatious behavior there is a good chance you’ll want to be entertained. I mean how many people do you know that go to Las Vegas for only one thing. There is so much to do in Las Vegas that if you only went to the nightclubs that would be like going to Disneyland just to ride on “It’s A Small World.”
Would you do that? No, nobody in their right mind would go all the way to Las Vegas for just a little dancing. Las Vegas would not survive if it was just about the dancing. Las Vegas is about so much that you will go home talking about how much fun you had at a Las Vegas nightclub after seeing a show that came after an unforgettable meal that followed drinks at a really cool bar.
In other words, take a nap and be ready because as much as you think you’ll be up all night, you’ll also be really busy during the day.
These are 3 shows you’ll consider along with a few ideas for extending the fun factor before a night of a Las Vegas nightclub.
Jabbawockeez at Luxor Las Vegas: It’s a dance crew. It’s up beat music. It’s an appetizer for a night of dancing. You’ll move in your seat before you dance from the waist up and then soon you’ll find yourself dancing in the aisles and then dancing with the person sitting next to you. The energy is set on high and the atmosphere is one big party set to rapid beats and a complete light show. Be prepared to laugh, dance and shout.
Start the Night at: Drinks at Tacos and Tequila for some serious agave sampling and maybe a few chips with salsa.
Pin Up at Stratosphere Tower: I can tell you that the reason to see the show is because Claire Sinclair is great to look at. Newsflash, she was 2011 Playmate of the year and spend a few minutes watching her on stage and you’ll find it hard to look away. She not just talented but she’s cute. Cute in that way that makes her seem very real. Like real enough to bring home to mom. Don’t even think about it, though, she might be spoken for and if she’s not I’ll be hanging out with her until she agrees to meet my mother. (Actually, that won’t happen, I’m married, but a guy can have a fantasy or two, right?) You’ll enjoy the show because the music is good, the performers are entertaining and it is a very affordable show at the Stratosphere.
Drinks at Level 107 Lounge to start the evening often lead to late night drinks with a view of Las Vegas. The spot high above the Las Vegas not only has a great happy hour it also has the best view of the Las Vegas Valley from the top of the Stratosphere tower.
Absinthe at Caesars Palace: This is the show that has sexy written all over it and then throws you a curveball with so much laughter and the high end entertainers. You’ll feel embarrassed, awed and slightly punchy after you see Absinthe.
Drinks at Guy Savoy. Yes, just go in for the Cognac. This is the best way to end a good meal but there is nothing wrong with a very good drink before you head to a nightclub.
