Checking Out the Smaller Shows in Vegas
Las Vegas is a town with a vast array of entertainment options to choose from. At times there can almost be too many choices, so how do you determine what to do? You can always choose from the big Cirque du Soleil shows, or for a change of pace, you can opt for the smaller Vegas shows, which there is no shortage of either. We’ve highlighted a few that’ll help you get the most bang for your buck while still giving you the entertainment you were looking for.
B - A Tribute to the Beatles
This quirky show will take you back in time as an Ed Sullivan impersonator leads you through the various stages of The Beatles music and the cultural changes that aligned with them. You’ll get to jam to The Beatles greatest hits with the Fab Four impersonators inside of the Miracle Mile Shops.
Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding
Not your everyday, run-of-the-mill show, this one makes you a part of the madness of entertainment. You’ll attend the wedding of Tony and Tina, with a list of costumed characters planted as guests in addition to the cast of characters in the bridal party. The cast plays on the idea behind two bickering Italian families. Much of it is improv and will keep you laughing the whole time. As guests of Tony and Tina’s “wedding,” you’ll also get to enjoy eating with them at a buffet-style Italian dinner during the reception. Dinner and a show, yeah, you can’t beat that.
Gregory Popovich’s Comedy Pet Theater
Animal lovers, you can’t beat this show featuring more than 30 critters from dogs to doves and more. Leading the show is Popovich, who comes from a long-line of circus performers, as he takes you through cute acts of juggling, dancing and other cute routines. A great show for the kids or for anyone who just loves animals.
