If there was ever a better time to party in Las Vegas, Halloween weekend would have to be it. A place where you can get costumed and wander around the Strip among the other Halloween zealots enjoying the zaniness that comes to life each year in the city of sin.

It’s easy to head to Las Vegas and want to have the very best when it comes to hotels and restaurants, but let’s face it, the very best costs too much money. So, the next best option is to find a hotel within your budget that gives you the maximum amount of amenities for the minimum amount of money. In this case, the Flamingo Las Vegas is a great deal for a hotel for a Las Vegas vacation that has some budgetary limitations. It is not cheap, but relative to Las Vegas hotels, it is affordable and an impressive value for what you ultimately get.

Calling all beer sommeliers, it’s time to sample a plethora of the world’s finest brews. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is once again bringing Desert Hops: An International Beer Experience to the Boulevard Pool this September 27.

This year, more than 150 beers from approximately 25 countries will be available to sample -- from Japan and the U.S. to Australia and more.

From the hands of Live Nation and MGM Resorts comes the revamped Route 91 music festival. Now dubbed Route 91 Harvest, the three-day music festival will take place October 3-5 at The Lot across from Luxor Hotel & Casino. The talents of Jason Aldean, Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton, Dierks Bently and Brantley Gilbert are slated for the festival's roster along with at least a dozen other country artists.
