Date Night At The LINQ
Is hard to avoid the changes on the Las Vegas skyline as marquees change and buildings go up and down. (The Harmon Tower is finally being dismantled on the heart of the strip) When you lookout toward the east the dominant feature now is the High Roller at the LINQ Las Vegas. This observation wheel is the tallest of its kind in the world and it offers panoramic views of the Las Vegas Valley as well as the Las Vegas Strip. Spend 30 minutes with this view and you can easily turn a little excursion into a full blown date night. If you are going to do that there is no need to go anywhere else as right below you is the LINQ and with the amount of option you will be sure to have plenty of things to do.
The Date Night Options at The LINQ
Dinner. Your Choices include Chayo Mexican Kitchen, Flour & Barley, Hautte Doggery, FAME or the Yard House. Depending on your budget and your level of patience with crowds and the concept of getting all fancied up these all work. I am going to get out on the ledge and make a case for the yard house for a super casual evening or decide on FAME if I just want to try a few exciting things on a menu that is looking to impress you with some options on the Asian front. The casual concept has date night written all over it and if you are out for fun this is a great way to get fed and have a good time.
Drinks. Blvd. Cocktail is that bar that you might avoid because it appears to be a bit too involved at first glance. Don't let that stop you. The live entertainment is fun and the cocktail program is worth ordering a few extra rounds
Dessert. Who doesn't like a little sweet stuff while out on a date? Sprinkles knows you do and they not only will deliver with some decadent cupcakes but they are bringing it with some of the best ice cream around as well. Salted caramel is my favorite but once you get in and sample all of their flavors you might pick a few of your favorites for yourself. Try the cupcake ATM outside just because you can.
Entertainment. Brooklyn Bowl gets you in with the cocktails, then the food, then the entertainment and before you know it you want to bowl. Yes, they do have a bowling alley and it is right next to the stage so you won't miss the show.
