What You’ll Order
If the Skuna Bay salmon is on the menu you have no choice. Do it! I could tell you that it’s the miso glaze or the soy butter but the truth is I think it’s just Chef Roy playing games with your taste buds. It is remarkable and you’ll be sad when you finish this dish because you’ll want more. Start with some steamed buns with the braised oxtail. If you are a fan of fried rice order a side with your rib-eye. The Thai coconut soup is crazy good and the Mediterranean octopus is so bright with flavor that it’s as if you are on a sun drenched patio in Greece.
