This is where beer lovers fantasize about the ultimate conquest. This is where a beer guy would get married. It’s where a beer girl would have her bachelorette party. This is where the beer list is long, deep and complicated. The Pub at Monte Carlo is the spot where you hope the game goes in to overtime because you need to have at least 2 more shots at drinking your way through a 300 beer list.
Look around and you’ll see televisions everywhere and then let your eyes travel to the bar and you’ll see all the taps. Get there during happy hour and sliders and wings seem to populate every table. Order a beer and then sit down with that huge menu that has over 300 selections of suds.
Who You Are Taking To The Restaurant
You walk in with anyone who loves to sample beer. Sit down with anyone who wants to watch a game. Have a drink with anyone who thinks they can finish an 8 pound burger in 45 minutes. This is a casual place that is perfect for any meal as long as that meal includes beer. It also is good place for a meal if you are at the Monte Carlo pool. They have a patio that looks out to the pool with outdoor seating that makes a meal while enjoying the water a bit more convenient.
What You’ll Order
I know I have mentioned the beer so you will be ordering plenty of the very good craft brews they have on tap. However, you’ll have to eat so make sure to try a burger as they big enough to share and are above average for the Las Vegas strip. If you’re drinking beers make sure to order some Sausage and peppers or the shrimp poor by. The right combination of salt and fat makes the beer taste so much better. The flatbreads are worth a try as are the fish tacos. Weekdays you can live on $1 sliders and wings as well as buy one get one free domestic draft beers. Happy hour is 3pm to 6pm Monday - Friday
