As we're sure you know, Halloween is this Saturday. Not that it matters much, it seems that each year an additional day is added to "Halloween Week" in America. We're sure you've dug up a few costumes from year's past for a number of pre-Halloween parties so far this month, but it's not over yet!

Vegas has some amazing artists lined up and the weather is beautiful! Here is where you'll find us partying this weekend:

Las Vegas isn’t all about the extravagant nightclubs, vibrant casinos and exciting entertainers. We know it sounds crazy, but there’s a lot more to Sin City than the crazy drinking scene it’s become so famous for. There’s always something to do here, even if you’re not looking for a night out on the town. When you’re planning for the perfect Las Vegas vacation, you’re already expecting to embark on the adventure of a lifetime. So why not make it an all-inclusive experience by throwing in some daring, action-filled activities?

As awesome and glorious as it sounds, spending 24/7 in a nightclub just isn't practical. At some point you'll have to give your ears a break, maybe ingest some nutrients, or our favorite... lounge hop. The fact is that there is simply so much to do and see in the hours leading up to your big night out at a hot club. With such a variety of bars and lounges peppered along The Strip there are plenty of pitstops to make to maintain a buzz as you walk around and explore the strip.

Stand-up comedy has been experiencing somewhat of a boom in the last half-decade. With the new podcasting trend and social media, comedians are able to promote themselves like never before and shout from their soapbox far and wide. Live comedy is a unique experience and should not be overlooked when planning an awesome weekend. Going to see a comic perform is one the of the perfect pregame strategies. Vegas has been lagging behind comedy hubs like LA, New York and Austin when it comes to a true grassroots comedy scene, opting for resident comic shows like Carrot Top and the like.

On top of being the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas is an oasis of complete indulgence. You can’t plan an authentic Las Vegas vacation without casinos, clubs and buffets. Home to some of the best buffets in the country, the “All You Can Eat” trend in Las Vegas certainly hasn’t died down. And because we see visitors from all over the world on a daily basis, Sin City also happens to have a flair for providing luxurious and exotic cuisine.

During this past weekend, The National Football League began its official season. Hardcore fans and enthusiasts across the nation donned their jerseys, shotgunned their beers, and headed to their respective stadiums or neighborhood sports bars to watch their favorite teams do battle. There is no debate – football (not soccer!) is the U.S.A.'s biggest sport. Given that Las Vegas is seriously lacking any sort of professional sports team whatsoever, the best we can do for the time being is partying as hard as possible and rooting for whichever team we happen to have money riding on.

Many did not expect this past Labor Day Weekend in Las Vegas to have such a phenomenal turnout, but  an estimated 315,000 visitors checked in to Sin City hotels over the 3-day holiday. Many last minute vacationers were met with sold out pool parties and nightclubs attempting to squeeze in wherever they could. Not to mention the eclectic artist lineups... It seems that every Hip-Hop artist that has ever had a hit single was either hosting or performing at the various nightclubs and day parties across the strip.

If you didn't get the memo yet, Sin City is where LDW actually happens. If you are lucky enough to make it down here for this epic weekend, we're sure you're more than excited. Whether or not you've adequately prepared is another story. The artist lineup is enough to make anyone's head spin and we're here to let you know where the biggest and baddest parties will be. Thankfully enough most of the action starts today and winds down by Sunday night as Monday is usually reserved for all day recovery and family time. When it comes to top DJ residencies, Vegas has no problem at all getting A-list talent from all over the world. However, unlike LA or New York, Sin City is exceeding expectation when it comes to being the first city to snatch up fresh DJ talent.

Oftentimes all it take is a grassroots following and an innovative and discerning musical ear to secure a weekday or opening slot at one of the dozen or so clubs here on the strip. If you're super good who knows you could be on the bill right next to a veteran like Tiesto or Aoki!

The drive From Los Angeles to Las Vegas is one that is pure Americana... a scenic route that has solidified itself into the cultural sphere. The four hour drive is not only beautiful, but the spirit of the journey prepares all parties involved for the fun and pleasures that lie ahead.
