RAO’s, the famous tiny Italian restaurant from New York that is exclusive because of its size as well as its food has become a staple in the Las Vegas dining scene.  In New York it's nearly impossible to get a reservation but thanks to Caesars Palace, everyone can enjoy the Italian eatery.  While, it's impossible to replicate the New York City experience, the Las Vegas location gives it a great shot.

I've been to Burger Bar at Mandalay Bay almost ten times in my life and this goes back to before gourmet burgers being a trend, which is only a few years now. Although many fancy new burger places have popped up over the past few year years, Burger Bar still reigns at the top of the burger class. That's not to say there are no other good burgers in Las Vegas, but Burger Bar has not been surpassed…yet.

I love steak and have made it my motion to visit every fine steakhouse in Vegas - on and off the strip. Not just every steak dinner but every meal I have, is measured up to Delmonico Steakhouse. The first time I stepped into Delmonico Steakhouse was for a bachelor party of 12. Now, it's nearly impossible to wow 12 people at once but Delmonico did just that. Not every return trip has been that amazing, but all have been above average.

Easily one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas is NOVE Italiano and for multiple reasons, at the end of this post I hope I have you salivating and rushing out to dine there. Located on the 52nd floor of the Fantasy Tower at the Palms Casino Resort, a quick elevator ride brings you front and center to the magnificent views of the Las Vegas Strip, where the real fun begins.
