Responsibilities:
- Contact clients between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. for meeting time/location confirmation
- Arrive to assigned venue no less than 30 minutes prior to meeting appointment
- Pre-pay for bottle reservations
- Perform check-ins with bottle guests
- Ensure clients are walked into their destination
- Email a summary recap to us detailing the customer’s nightlife experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doormen, club VIP hosts, and security personnel
Requirements & Skills:
- Must be prompt and reliable
- Previous nightlife experience a plus
- An understanding of Las Vegas nightlife venues and its customers
- An outstanding background in customer service
- Ability to multi-task as well as remain cool under pressure
- Ability to problem solve in a creative and unique manner
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
- Good grooming and personal hygiene
- Excellent command of the English language
- Additional language communication a plus
