Las Vegas Sends Visitors Home With Massive Jackpots
Each year, hoards of people flock to Vegas in hopes of striking it big, winning that ultimate jackpot that lets them quit their jobs and never work another day in their lives. Well, lately, Vegas has been doing that for even more lucky visitors -- allowing others to keep their strike-it-rich dreams alive.
The highest recorded winner occurred in 2003 when a 25-year-old won $39.7 million off of only $100 at an Excalibur Megabucks machine.
Recently, though, Vegas appears to be offering better odds. A lucky Florida tourist struck a fortune at Bellagio on a Wheel of Fortune machine winning $1,094,560.56. A New Hampshire man and wife won the $2.4 million pot on a Lion’s Share game at MGM Grand.
And don’t forget the $937,608.36 that a Delaware tourist won at the Riviera on a $0.25 Wheel of Fortune machine.
There have also been rumors of a $10 million Megabuck Jackpot winner from MGM Grand.
Whatever your game may be, don’t give up hope, as you could be the next big winner. But don’t blow your fortune on that slot machines either; enjoy the sights, sounds and parties that Sin City offers.
