DB Brasserie
The contemporary French restaurant at the Venetian is serving up a luxurious Thanksgiving spread. For $55 and an optional $39 wine pairing, you can indulge in an opulent three-course meal. Choose from Daniel’s Autumn Salad with duck prosciutto or Butternut Squash Veloutée with chestnut puff and pumpkin oil for your appetizer. The main course comes with New Hampshire Organic Turkey, slow roasted cranberry chestnut stuffing, caramelized yams, bacon wrapped haricot verts, mashed potatoes and giblet gravy. For dessert, you can choose from pecan pie with toffee, butterscotch ice cream and cinnamon chantilly or DB’s Pumpkin Soufflé. If you’re looking for a family-friendly option, à la carte is available.
Andiron Steak & Sea
This Summerlin steakhouse is also offering a $55 three-course menu with a $25 optional beverage pairing. Appetizer options include Roasted Heirloom Squash Soup, Andiron Caesar and Old Bay Shrimp Cocktail. For your entree, you can choose from Roasted Pumpkin Gnocchi, Grilled Scottish Salmon, Carved Organize Turkey or Herb Crusted Prime Rib. Side dishes, such as mashed potatoes and candied yams, are served family style. To finish your meal, choose from Ashley’s Crème Brûlée Donuts or pumpkin pie for dessert.
Top of the World Restaurant
Spend your Thanksgiving at the top of the world in the Stratosphere Tower. For $79 per person, you can enjoy a four-course feast as well as stunning panoramic views of Las Vegas. Your appetizer is a choice between Braised Beef Short Ribs or Butternut Squash Raviolis. For the second course, you’ll have to decide on Roasted Pumpkin Soup or Artisan Lettuce with Spiced Apple Vinaigrette. The main course is a roasted free-range turkey with natural jus and dessert is a pumpkin tart with butterscotch crème anglaise.
Carnival World Buffet
If you’re in the mood to completely stuff your face for a reasonable price on Turkey Day, the Carnival World & Seafood Buffet at Rio is featuring a Thanksgiving brunch and a seafood buffet for dinner. Brunch includes carving stations with ham, turkey, prime rib, oven-roasted beef and pork loin. There will also be a live pancake station in addition to entrees such as turkey legs, sirloin steak, oven-baked salmon, mashed potatoes, green beans and more. Don’t forget to save room for dessert because the dessert station is stacked with Thanksgiving treats! For dinner, there will be a seafood bar, fresh raw bar, carving stations as well as all-you-can-eat slipper lobster tail and steamed snow crab legs. For your first course, you can choose Pumpkin Soup, Chilled Terrine of Foie Gras or Green Salad and Cucumber Torchon. The second course is an option between Dover Sole, Seared Scallop or Potato Gnocchi Gratin. Moving onto the third course, you’ll have the choice of Diestel Ranch Turkey, Veal Wellington or Pan Roasted Tempeh. The dessert trio includes Spice Cake, Cranberry Pecan Tartlet and Warm Apple Tart Tatin with Vanilla Anglaise.
