Job Title: VIP Sales Specialist Job Summary: Do you know Vegas nightlife like the back of your hand? Do you enjoy chatting with people about their travel experiences? Are you the organizer for a night on the town when you and your friends go out? If this sounds like you then we’ve got the perfect gig for you. We are expanding our Sales Team and have an immediate opening for a Nightlife Sales Specialist at Galavantier. We offer a fun, energetic and rewarding environment. Responsibilities:
- Respond to a high volume of telephone & online requests for travel experiences
- Respond to customer inquiries and understanding customer needs
- Review previous inquires and responses
- Assemble and forward itinerary information
- Verify customer’s understanding of information & booking requests
- Interact with multiple online systems while speaking with customers
- Notate customer inquiries through central reservation systems
- Meet sales quotes & services objectives while improving quality of services for customers
Requirements & Skills:
- Must be prompt and reliable
- An understanding of Las Vegas nightlife venues and its customers
- An outstanding background in customer service
- Ability to multi-task as well as remain cool under pressure
- Ability to problem solve in a creative and unique manner
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
- Strong computer and excellent typing skills
- Good grooming and personal hygiene
- Excellent command of the English language
- Additional language communication a plus

Becoming a Galavantier VIP Host not only delivers all of the above, but you get to chat with fun and exciting clients, build connections in Las Vegas and get paid for it all. Responsibilities:
- Contact clients between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. for meeting time/location confirmation
- Arrive to assigned venue no less than 30 minutes prior to meeting appointment
- Pre-pay for bottle reservations
- Perform check-ins with bottle guests
- Ensure clients are walked into their destination
- Email a summary recap to us detailing the customer’s nightlife experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doormen, club VIP hosts, and security personnel
