1OAK- Black Eyed Peas star Fergie will be hosting the grand opening of 1OAK Nightclub Las Vegas at Mirage, sister to the 1OAK of New York City.
Chateau Nightclub and Gardens- Performing a special DJ set on the rooftop, better known as Chateau Gardens, brothers Benji and Joel Madden of Good Charlotte will ring in 2012 along with reality TV stars Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick
Crazy Horse III & Posh Boutique Nightclub- Ring in 2012 with Holly's World co-star Laura Croft as she hosts the night.
Crown Nightclub- With performances by Tyga and Bobby Valentino, you're guaranteed a night you'll never forget as you say goodbye to 2011.
Fremont Street- Going on their fourth consecutive year, The Fremont Street Experience downtown is celebrating its annual TributePalooza. With over 10 different bands you'll be sure to hear your favorite cover once or twice.
Gallery Nightclub- If you missed your chance to party with this "Girls Next Door" star, this will be your last chance of 2011. Join Peppshow and Holly's World star, Holly Madison as she hosts the evening.
Ghostbar- Join Miss Nevada USA Sarah Chapman as she hosts the Spectacular Spectacular
Gold Lounge- For a more intimate atmosphere, check out the upscale Gold Lounge by Cirque du Soleil. With stunning visuals and an open bar, this is the place to go when you want a change of pace from the nightclub scene on the Strip.
Haze- Get ready to "Party Rock" your way into 2012 with Redfoo and SkyBlu of LMFAO.
Hyde- Los Angeles based sbe will unveil their first Las Vegas nightlife property with Hyde Bellagio. Featuring the world renowned DJ and Producer Paul Oakenfold, along with other unannounced special guests, spending New Years Eve there will be a once in a lifetime event.
Krave- If you're looking for someplace to party with a more alternative scene, then check out Krave, which will be featuring a live performance by electronic dance music vocalist Nadia Ali.

Pure- Chris Brown comes back after a long year to close things out right as he performs live at Pure Nightclub.
