Ready to Fly in Las Vegas?

Go way up high in Las Vegas with helicopter tour to the Grand Canyon or a dogfight high above the Las Vegas desert.

See the Las Vegas strip with Maverick Helicopters and then graduate to a trip to the Grand Canyon:

"The strip tour takes about 15 minutes and is just enough time to help you decide if you are ready for a Grand Canyon Tour by helicopter. If you are you’ll be in for a half day adventure of flying over the Grand Canyon on a flight from the Las Vegas Strip. You’ll see the impressive rock formations and hear about the weathering and erosion that has cut the deep canyon over millions of years. You’ll also land inside the Grand Canyon within view of the Colorado River and have a Champagne toast."

You could also visit Sky Combat Ace and get your inner fighter pilot ready for some real life dog-fighting action:

There is no reason for you to want to head to Sky Combat Ace to fly a plane and learn to do a few aerial maneuvers. None, whatsoever. Why would you want to fly a plane, get into a dogfight or stall high above the desert and then plunge to the earth at an alarming speed?

You'll need a strong stomach. I'd didn't lose my lunch but a few times I thought my need to over eat was threatening the contents of my digestive system.

You'll need to be adventurous. I put all my confidence in the hands of former U.S. military pilots who took me in to the skies high above Southern Nevada and then handed me the controls.

You should appreciate gymnastics. With an airplane. With you flying. When a pilot tells you to roll the plane it's not normal. When he tells you the tumble it and then spin it sounds outrageous. Soon you'll flip the plane and plunge toward the earth and you'll get a quick appreciation for the horizon.
