Start Your Hispanic Heritage Month Fiesta in Vegas
Dios mío, is it September already? One might be saddened that the summer is coming to a close, but for those of us here in Vegas - we know it's time for El Grito! Mexican Independence takes a spicy twist on some truly entertaining options for those of you visiting during the month of Septiembre. Here's a look at some of the events going on for Mexican Independence Day celebrations:

With a fun series of events from September 12 - 16 this year, there should be no excuses for not having a great time. We're particularly intrigued by the Margarita Festival on the September 15 with local bars competing to bring their best margarita skills to the table, especially since we can expect entries from Vesper Bar, Velveteen Rabbit and Herbs & Rye. Also, the Fiesta Las Vegas Festival is going to be an amazing opportunity for Mexican cuisine enthusiasts such as myself to peruse the local offerings.
