Happy hour is that time of the day when you seek out the good deals to help you get through the long afternoon and into the evening. Well, in Las Vegas it’s always happy hour, right? Well, not really but you can always be happy and these places make the time between lunch and dinner a bit more fun.

This week in Las Vegas, May 9 - 12, 2013, you can go off your diet and indulge in one too many cocktails because the food extravaganza also known as Uncork'd will be happening and you will definitely need to treat yourself. This is a four day event that includes some serious eating and plenty of opportunities to engage your inner foodie in some decadence and food education. Pace yourself because four days of heavy lifting at the dinner table can definitely take their toll.

Date Night in Las Vegas: Bellagio Style

The wine bottle is half empty and I’m sitting in a large crowded Las Vegas restaurant when I get the idea of taking my wife on a date. So, naturally I figure I should write about it so that while I am coming up with the perfect date night in Las Vegas I’m also working.

It’s pretty simple to impress your date at Bellagio Las Vegas but if you need to step up your game follow my advice and you’ll soon be sleeping in on Saturday morning and having breakfast delivered to your bed as you watch highlights.

It’s Friday night. It’s Vegas. The night belongs to you and it’s go time. Hyde Bellagio is the destination, maybe one of the best kept secrets in the world of Las Vegas Nightclubs, if such a thing is possible. The great thing about Hyde, run by the SLS team from LA, is that it’s not another one of these gargantuan thunderdomes with a hundred rooms, three floors, and still nowhere to stand.

There is so much happening at Bellagio Las Vegas that you might be shocked at how little time you have spent here in the past. You have to carve out some time because some of the obvious reasons to walk in to Bellagio Las Vegas like the World’s largest Chocolate Fountains or “O” by Cirque du Soleil are dwarfed by the endless selection of quality attractions.

Lock, stocked and ready to rock, that’s what you’ll experience when you step inside Bellagio Las Vegas and head over to The Bank Nightclub.  At only 6,600 square feet, The Bank is an intimate room that packs a heavy punch.  The luxe hotspot uses an escalator to pull you in and an intimate foyer to keep the tone light before you reach the main hub of the club where you will immediately be thrust into opulence.

Never ceasing to amaze, the Bellagio Las Vegas Conservatory and Botanical Gardens have done it again with a stunning Fall Harvest Display.  As a new season has arrived the free attraction at the Bellagio Las Vegas runs through November 24.  Marvel as fall floral in harvest colors transports you to a peaceful and relaxing place as you take a journey through wine country and set your eyes on vintage wine press, authentic cider mill and a moss-coated aged stone façade.   Scar
