It’s First Friday here in Las Vegas. And that means it’s time to experience the mind-blowing event that folks on this side of the Rockies clamor for one day out of the month. Drawing anywhere from 10,000 to 30,000 individuals, First Friday is more than just a gathering of the masses.

This weekend the Life is Beautiful Festival is coming to Downtown Las Vegas so you might need a little refresher course on where to stay and what to do while you are in and around Fremont Street. The Fremont East district is exploding with so much activity that you’ll soon be choosing Downtown Las Vegas as a destination but for now you just want to know what’s up, right?

The Life is Beautiful Festival is coming to Downtown Las Vegas October 26-27, 2013 for an event that combines music, food, art, culture and Las Vegas into a two day event. This is not just a music festival it is an opportunity to sample food from some of the best chefs in town while enjoying performances from Cirque du Soleil performers all in one spot. 15 city blocks in Downtown Las Vegas will become a celebration of life.
