The new Italian-based restaurant from TV personality and chef, Giada de Laurentiis, inside of The Cromwell is the place to dine at in Vegas. The problem with eating at Giada's is that it's becoming more difficult to get a reservation because of it's immense popularity from locals and visitors alike. Thankfully, though, the powers that be with Giada's will be adding lunch hours beginning July 16. This provides patrons with an additional chance to enjoy this highly-popular eatery.

Giada De Laurentiis, the world-renowned chef and host of the Food Network’s Giada at Home, officially opened her first restaurant this week inside The Cromwell in Las Vegas.

Sinatra at Encore Las Vegas is supposed to create a culinary salute to the man himself, Ol' Blue Eyes, Frank Sinatra. The singer's charisma and style are kept alive through the decor and a reinterpreted Italian menu by acclaimed Chef Theo Schoenegger that emphasizes the chef's seasonal approach to the country's signature dishes.

Lavo Italian Restaurant & Nightclub, adjacent to Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro in the lobby of The Palazzo Las Vegas, is Italian dining with a very hip atmosphere.  If you’re looking for a fun night out in Las Vegas, Lavo has a full restaurant, lounge, terrace and a nightclub rolled under one roof.

FiAMMA at MGM Grand fancies itself as a traditional Italian restaurant with a sleek, modern design.  One out of two isn't bad. For a traditional restaurant FiAMMA’s design is very modern with clean lines and very dim lighting. The clean design is aesthetically pleasing, which is a good start. However, the food isn't so traditional as it mirrors the modern aesthetic.

CARNEVINO is located at The Palazzo and is Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich's interpretation of the classic steakhouse coupled with their signature Italian styles. Carne indicates the highest quality steaks, expertly prepared, and vino for superlative-worthy wines. Both of these things are true.
