Who said you can’t have it all? Certainly not anyone who’s spent time at the Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas and tried their hand at Swim-up Gaming.

My adventures into steak began with old school, traditional steakhouses. I was used to men serving me steak that look like they just came back from the farm and I wanted an atmosphere that matched. Nothing too fancy, just a nice clean place with great steak.  Strip House in New York was one of the first "modern" steakhouses I visited and opened me up to a new style of steakhouse.

Besides bikinis, booze and Benny Benassi spilling out of the speakers, what else can make a pool party worth going to? Stars from two of Las Vegas’ sexiest shows, PEEPSHOW at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas and Absinthe at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, that’s what.

ghOstbar is a classic Palms Casino Resort Las Vegas fixture. Maybe you’ve heard about it, you’ve read about, almost went to it. Well here’s the lowdown.

At Galavantier.com we are thrilled when our partners are recognized for their excellence.  Our friends at Pink Jeep® Tours recently accepted an award as 2012 Best Ground Tour Company from the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association (SNHCA).  Richard Scown, General Manager for Pink Jeep® Tours – Las Vegas, accepted the award.

Hoover Dam used enough concrete to build a two-lane highway from San Francisco to New York (not the one on the Las Vegas Strip), spawned an entire city (Boulder City) to house 5,000 dam workers and as the largest project of the time it is one of the Seven Wonders of the Industrial World.

As the many workers that keep Hoover Dam a highly-sought after tourist attraction would say, it is worth the Dam trip from the rows of blackjack tables and bars on the Las Vegas Strip.

One of my favorite things about The Venetian Las Vegas and The Palazzo Las Vegas properties being combined is that there are numerous coffee outlets. It may seem like a small thing on the surface, but finding good coffee on the Las Vegas Strip isn't as easy as it should be.

Photos are great, t-shirts are fun, but what about a Las Vegas souvenir that you’ll never lose? If you’re up for it get tatted while staying at the Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas. Where? Hart and Huntington, of course.
