UFC 194 in Las Vegas this weekend is arguably considered to be one of the most exciting and fervent fight cards in UFC history by longtime fans and casual enthusiasts alike. Although the sport is just hitting its stride in terms of popularity across the globe... here in Las Vegas professional fighting is a local pastime. Many have deemed professional boxing to be nothing but a corpse since Mayweather's announced retirement, and octagon super-stars like interim featherweight champion Conor McGregor have ambitiously rushed to fill the hype void with braggadocio and opulence.  

During this past weekend, The National Football League began its official season. Hardcore fans and enthusiasts across the nation donned their jerseys, shotgunned their beers, and headed to their respective stadiums or neighborhood sports bars to watch their favorite teams do battle. There is no debate – football (not soccer!) is the U.S.A.'s biggest sport. Given that Las Vegas is seriously lacking any sort of professional sports team whatsoever, the best we can do for the time being is partying as hard as possible and rooting for whichever team we happen to have money riding on.

With football season ending, everyone is more pumped than ever for basketball season. March basketball is sure to be complete mayhem in the city that hardly, welll, let's just say never sleeps because, well, nobody does sports like Las Vegas.

It’s futbol time and fans from around the world are going to be glued to the 2014 FIFA World Cup games this weekend. You can catch every match, every scissor kick and every last goal at a number of Las Vegas venues, but we’ve outlined the best places to view the game in town where you’ll be among good crowds with cold libations.

This weekend March Madness culminates with the Final Four in New Orleans and if you don’t find yourself down in the Big Easy but rather here in Sin City, we’ve got you covered on just where you best bets to catch all the college basketball action.  The two semi-final games are Saturday afternoon, March 31 with the finals on Monday, April 2.
