   Tucked away in the Gold Coast Casino off of Flamingo Road is Ping Pang Pong with Dim Sum available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. While it gets pretty busy here, the Dim Sum is worth the wait. Definite must orders include the Minced Squab Lettuce Cups, Pot Stickers and the Coconut Bun.
3. Zine at The PalazzoThis has ranked as a top Dim Sum and Asian fusion restaurant for years with Chef Simon To perfecting the menu.When you’re here, you must order Shrimp Har Gow and Pork Buns. The Har Gow is about as authentic as it gets for Dim Sum. Definitely ask for a little Fiji Apple Sake to tie it all together. Reminder, you’re on the Strip, so expect Strip prices.
4. Hakkasan at the MGM
   While Hakkasan is the name of the flagship mega club at MGM, it is also the name of their scrumptious restaurant located outside of the club. It’s a great place to people watch while you snack on Pan-seared Shanghai Dumplings and Jasmine Tea-Smoked Beef Short Ribs. Not sure what to get?
