The Buffet is Making a Comeback With This Hot List
At one point in Vegas, buffets were all the rage. Who could beat an all-you-can-eat deal, granted the food you were eating may have been somewhat questionable. Now, however, as the world of celebrity chefs and five-star dining is the norm in town, buffets are following suit and making a comeback in a big way.
Wicked Spoon
You’ll find this bustling buffet inside of The Cosmopolitan with a wide array of options to choose from. Your choices include items like seafood, French, and Italian. The highlight of the buffet though is the bone marrow, not something you commonly find on the menu. Don’t forget to test out the Ramen station where you can take the college food staple to a whole new level.
The Buffet Bellagio
If you’re a sushi fan, this is the place to go where they make it fresh. Want house-made "blinis?" There’s a station for that. You can also find an unlimited drink option. Yep, that’s right, for a small charge you will enjoy limitless refills on beer, sparkling wine, margaritas and Bloody Marys.
The Buffet
So good it doesn’t need any other name than The Buffet. Wynn has outdone himself as usual by offering a gorgeously decorated buffet with options galore including plenty of plates for vegans and vegetarians. As a note, try the ceviche and for desert the rum-soaked pineapple. You won’t regret it.
Spice Market Buffet
Planet Hollywood brings the international flair to a whole new level with options like Middle Eastern and Mediterranean plates. Don’t fill up on your entrees, although that will be a difficult feat, because this place is cupcake heaven. If you’re in town on a Sunday, this buffet offers a Champagne Brunch, which isn’t a bad way to start your day in Vegas.
Bacchanal Buffet
Inside of Caesars Palace, Bacchanal buffet is on the pricier side, but it’s probably the newest on the buffet list and it has a crazy amount of options. With everything from mini-sized soufflés to Chinese roast duck, you and your group will find something for everyone. Upgrade your meal with unlimited refills on beer and wine.
Studio B Buffet
If you're looking for a great buffet off of the Strip, head to M Resort Spa & Casino. Not only do you get a great selection of various cuisines to choose from, but unlimited refills of beer, wine and champagne are included in the price without an additional fee. If you're there on Friday for dinner or Saturday and Sunday all day, you will have the option to hit up their seafood buffet.
