Are you a pizza snob? Don't be ashamed about it. Own it. Embrace the fact that you know exactly what you want. However, just because you are from New York City or Chicago that does not automatically make you an expert. If you like the thin crust Vegas has plenty of it and if you are into Napoli style VPN pizza you can find that on the strip as well. So, what is the very best? Well...in Las Vegas I am a huge fan of Settebello but if you are visiting that is no help to you because it is way off strip.

The coolest place to see and be seen opened on Saturday, Aug. 23 with bells, whistles, celebrities, fireworks and Iggy Azalea. If this is any indication of what SLS Las Vegas will bring to the Strip throughout its lifetime, we have every reason to be excited beyond belief. We entered SLS's doors and explored what's going on now that this new kid on the block has officially opened.

As we sit on elegant couches inside of the Delano’s new Franklin bar and lounge with dimly lit lighting and a soundtrack to match, Sarah Johnson orders a round of Timmermans Oude Gueuze for the table.

My question as to where to get sour beers in Vegas was met promptly with her ordering the Timmermans. The tart, sour beer satisfied my thirst as Johnson, a soft spoken and brilliant woman of 36-years-old, discussed her vision for broadening the beer landscape in Las Vegas.

It's the most recognizable piece of signage that Las Vegas has going for it, but what do you really know about this legendary "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign that's situated right at the beginning of The Strip? Well, for starters, this sign does not mark the actual city limits of Las Vegas. It's about 4 miles south, technically, but both locals and tourists disregard the city limits and call the whole metro area "Las Vegas." Because we can do what we want. After several weeks of preview shows, Sydney After Dark has officially canceled all upcoming shows including its grand opening, which was scheduled for Friday, August 15. The show featured a bounty of beautiful and tall Australian dancers that gallivanted about onstage singing, dancing and strutting their stuff in this all-female revue.

I'm currently imagining what Dorothy and her ragtag entourage of Oz would think if they wandered into the Vegas version of Emerald City at the legendary MGM Grand Las Vegas. Surely, they would flip their shit at first, but then the Cowardly Lion would get some fab curls at Christophe Salon, Tin Man would shine front row at a Grand Garden Arena concert, Scarecrow would unravel upon seeing the Skylofts, and Dorothy's new and improved red, sparkly stilettos would find a matching couture pop from Sugar Factory, leaving them all sufficiently "wowed."

With big name headliners ranging from Britney Spears to Celine Dion, Vegas is a hub for seeing talented vocalists, musicians and more. If you’re headed to town soon, be sure to catch some of these great acts.
