As the entertainment capital of the world, there is never a dull moment when it comes to concerts and comedy. A new year and a new beginning with some great shows and comedians slated to visit Sin City this year. This weekend in Las Vegas, here are your best bets.
Thursday, January 5
- Get the weekend started with some laughs as Kathleen Dunbar performs her stand-up at The Orleans. Tickets are $19.95 plus tax and fees.
Friday, January 6
- The legendary Frankie Avalon takes the stage and performs just south of The Strip at South Point. Tickets start at $45 plus tax and fees.
- Ready to rock? $20 will get you in to House of Blues at Mandalay Bay to see the ultimate glam metal parody band Steel Panther.
- For the sounds of a local Las Vegas band, head over to M Resort where Offset Season becomes the latest band to perform at The Rock and Roll Wine Tasting Room & Sound Bar inside the Hostile Grape.
Saturday, January 7
- 80s rockers Tesla take the stage at House of Blues inside Mandalay Bay for an evening of classic hits. Tickets are $30 plus tax and fees.
- A Tribute to the Music of John Denver starring Jim Curry takes place at The Silverton. Tickets are $20 plus tax and fees.
- If you’re heading to Downtown Las Vegas make a stop at Beauty Bar where He’s My Brother She’s My Sister, Henry Wolfe and Dry River Yacht Club perform.
