Today marks the first day of summer and in celebration there are a ton of great concerts and comedy acts this weekend in Las Vegas.  At Galavantier.com we are running down your best bets when it comes to entertainment on the Las Vegas Strip this weekend.

Thursday, June 21

  • Reggae legend, Jimmy Cliff, takes the stage poolside at the Hard Rock Hotel for an evening of bliss.  Tickets are $35 plus tax and fees.
  • The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas welcomes Elan Atias, as the latest performer for the Thursday evening BLVD Social Club.  Tickets are $20.
  • Mark Curry returns to bring his hilarious comedy act to the Riviera Las Vegas for the next four nights. Tickets start at $32.99 plus tax and fees.

Friday, June 22

  • The Les Claypool led experimental rock band, Primus, perform at the Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas for an evening of fun.  Tickets start at $35 plus tax and fees.
  • Extremely talented ventriloquist, Jeff Dunham, returns to Las Vegas with his cast of characters for a hilarious evenings inside The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.  Tickets start at $49.50 plus tax and fees.
  • Blue Collar Comedy Tour funnyman, Ron White, brings his one-of-a-kind shtick to the Mirage for two nights of laughs.  Tickets start at $59.99 plus tax and fees.
  • Night Ranger take you back in time with a free performance at the Fremont Street Experience

Saturday, June 23

  • Ready to rock?  Two of the biggest rock bands, Def Leopard and Poison share the stage for an evening of rock and roll at Red Rock Las Vegas.  Tickets start at $25 plus tax and fees.
  • The Queen of Funk, Chaka Khan, performs at Star of the Desert Arena .  Tickets start at $38.45 plus tax and fees.
  • The Scorpions on their “Final Sting Tour” perform at Thomas & Mack Arena with special guest, Tesla.  Tickets start at $28 plus tax and fee.
  • “Danger Zone” and “Footloose” maestro, Kenny Loggins takes the stage at Sunset Station.  Tickets start at $29.50.
  • Hard Rock Café on The Strip welcomes the Crash Kings.  Tickets are $13.
