Travel Through A Lens: Tao Nightclub at The Venetian Las Vegas
Despite the tens of millions dollars it costs to build nightclubs in Las Vegas, some last only a few short months while others have a five-year shelf life. Then there’s Tao Nightclub at The Venetian Las Vegas.
The Venetian Las Vegas hotspot has been one of the city’s best clubs going on six years and shows no signs of slowing down.
Not only does Tao Nightclub lockdown some of the biggest DJs on the planet like Avicii, Erick Morillo, Markus Schulz, Dash Berlin, Hardwell and local legend, DJ Five along with resident turntableist DJ Vice, who takes over the club almost every Saturday when he’s not headlining clubs worldwide, but top names in sports and entertainment make almost nightly appearances.
Of course, nearly every Las Vegas club can attract celebrities but they choose Tao Nightclub for the big moments. When LeBron James took his talents to South Beach two years ago, Tao Nightclub was one of the NBA superstar’s stops during his celebration (another was Tao Nightclub’s sister club Lavo Nightclub at The Palazzo Las Vegas) and it’s where he celebrated his first NBA Championship.
The reason why so many people still flock to Tao Nightclub isn’t just to be among big names, but because of the environment. The club is just one part of a trio of options inside a 40,000-square foot megaplex. Guests can start their night with dinner and drinks inside the Asian restaurant downstairs, step onto the dance floor in the main room or Opium room in the nightclub then catch a few hours of sleep before starting the party all over again at Tao Beach for a daytime experience.
With all of those perks there is plenty reason to visit Tao Nightclub, but that doesn’t even include the army of Buddha statues and sultry half-naked women dancing in tubs just off the dance floor.
With all Tao Nightclub has to offer and the droves of revelers waiting to enter the club nightly, another six years of Asian-inspired partying isn’t out of the question.
