Think more of a bombastic, post-Apocalyptic EDM music video designed with the class of a Vanity Fair shoot mixed with the debaucherous curves of sexy patrons dancing around silver towers of fresh seafood, bubbly mimosas and the delectable noms of the Gods.

One of the Food Network’s shining stars, Ben Vaughn, is joining the Las Vegas family of culinary geniuses with a new restaurant addition to the Downtown scene.  More specifically, the new restaurant, Ben’s Southern Kitchen, will be occupying the space directly next to Atomic Liquors.

For those that haven’t heard of Atomic Liquors, it’s a staple dive bar that has been in Vegas for decades. In fact, it got its name as patrons used to sit on the rooftop drinking alcoholic concoctions while watching the atomic blasts at the Atomic Test Site.

With football season ending, everyone is more pumped than ever for basketball season. March basketball is sure to be complete mayhem in the city that hardly, welll, let's just say never sleeps because, well, nobody does sports like Las Vegas.
