Following in the direction of many of pop stars like Britney Spears, it has been rumored and speculated that Carey could sign a deal in the infamous Sin City. Jennifer Lopez was also rumored to be competing for the same deal with Carey.  However, E! News confirmed that Mariah is going to get the multi-million dollar residency deal at Ceasars Palace and their Colosseum theater.
