Chowhound: Mr. Lucky’s at Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas
There are a million ways to get lucky in Las Vegas, but the safest and the one that won’t leave you broke would be delectable eats at Mr. Lucky’s, the Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas’ 24 hour spot.
Those late night joints always seem to lack a few things: smashing decor and sophisticated bites. Not so much at Mr. Lucky’s. Here you’ll sink your teeth into steak and eggs, fire roasted chicken nachos, prime rib French dip, chicken pot pie and even spaghetti and meatballs. All classic dishes, although with a bit of a fancy flair. This is Las Vegas, remember?
Whether you show up to Mr. Lucky’s at 3am in a boozy state (fresh from dancing your butt off at Vanity Nightclub) or a 9am, bright-eyed and ready for a breakfast feast or desert adventure, you’ll be more than pleased to nourish your body here. Don’t look for sticky booths or a disgruntled staff. Instead keep your eyes out for a fresh new look thanks to a recent remodel, music memorabilia, high ceilings and high def TVs. But the excitement of diner eats doesn’t stop inside the restaurant, you can enjoy patio seating and take in a front row view of all of the casino action.
Another stellar thing about Mr. Lucky’s? Deals like the Gambler’s Special, a $7.77 meal that features a steak prepared to your liking topped with a shrimp skewer, side of mashed potatoes and a salad. Now if you’re not a gambler, but trolling the casino during the wee hours, show up with your Rockstar player’s card for late night specials like a $3.99 burger basket. That’s winning.
Hands down one of the best dining spots for all hours of the day (and night) in Las Vegas, you’ll always find Mr. Lucky’s listed on “Best 24-hour dining” guides.
