Caesars Palace is one of Las Vegas' largest hotel, casino and mall complexes covering 85 acres in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip. It is one of the most famous properties in Las Vegas and has been the host hotel for some of the greatest moments in Las Vegas history, sporting events, concerts and movies. Today we take a look at what you can expect when checking in to the Roman digs.
Rooms:
Caesars Palace Las Vegas has just shy of 4,000 rooms and suites placed in six Towers: Augustus, Forum, Palace, Roman, Centurion and the brand new 668-all suite Octavius Tower. Currently the interior of the Centurion Tower is undergoing a massive renovation to create the 180-room Nobu Hotel, which will feature 16 suites and a penthouse with an interior design that showcases natural materials, fused with Nobu’s signature Japanese elegance. Nobu Hotel guests will enjoy private check-in and the unique benefit of room service from Nobu’s acclaimed culinary team.
Eats:
While navigating the vast property at Caesars Palace Las Vegas you will come across no less than 14 restaurants including Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill, Central by Michael Richard, East Coast favorite Rao's and the brand new Old Homestead Steakhouse from New York City. If you'd like to take your dining outdoors and enjoy the lovely Las Vegas weather, the famed Serendipity 3 sits in the outdoor plaza and Frrrozen Hot Chocolates are at the ready.
Pools:
If you may be watching your figure a little bit to gear up for pool season, you are in luck as Caesars Palace Las Vegas offers one of the best and most palatial pool environments in Las Vegas. Venture out to enjoy the Garden of the Gods at Caesars Palace which spans five acres and offers guests the option of eight swimming pools including the Fortuna Pool where there is swim-up blackjack, the chill settings at the Apollo and Jupiter Pools and if you’re in the mood for European bathing, Venus Pool Club for topless sun worshiping.
Shopping:
The Forum Shops at Caesars is one of the most storied shopping malls in the country let alone in Las Vegas and includes 150 retail stores and 15 more restaurants on three levels and encased in an additional 675,000 square feet of property. From Luis Vuitton and Tory Burch to Gap and Juicy Couture, The Forum Shops at Caesars are filled with stores that will have you shop until you drop. And if you get hungry, make a pit stop for some tasty eats at one of the many restaurants in The Forum Shops including Wolfgang Puck’s Spago, Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab and P.J. Clarke’s.
Spa:
After all that shopping what better than pampering yourself at the world famous Qua Baths & Spa? Qua is a tranquil oasis inspired by ancient Roman traditions of relaxation and in addition to offering an array of spa treatments, Qua has a handful of Roman Rituals to experience including the Laconium Room (an ultra-heated room), an Arctic Ice Room with snow falling from above and a peaceful tea room, where an in-house Tea Sommelier will pair teas with your particular treatment.
