The Experience

This icon of the Las Vegas strip is right in the center of the Las Vegas strip. It is recognizable because it has been around forever and it constantly cleans itself up to stay current and relevant. Caesars Palace is Las Vegas and if you spend anytime walking through the property you’ll feel the old and the new and everything that makes Las Vegas the spot to visit. It’s luxury mixed up with nostalgia and then blended with the accents that are so Vegas!

The concept of a boutique hotel in Las Vegas is odd since most people will find themselves in the midst of giant resorts with endless options and corridors jammed with people looking for the newest, best and brightest thing to hot Las Vegas. That is until you consider Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace. It’s a hybrid boutique hotel. You can find them in Las Vegas as well. TheHotel at Mandalay Bay is another example of a hotel with a hotel. At Nobu you get some serious class and an understated luxury along with all the extras provided by Caesars Palace.

It goes without saying (but we’ll say it anyway) that virtually every large casino resort on the Las Vegas Strip has some good shopping. However, one casino mall is truly the granddaddy of them all, and very arguably still the reigning retail monarch. I’m talking of course about the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Now in it’s 20th year of operation, the expanded Forum Shops offers a sprawling array of retail on every level, restaurants, services and more.

The Experience
The lounge at Nobu is where the action is at. Some might say you should head to the sushi bar while others will comment about the atmosphere in the dining room. Yes, those places are fine, but I’m all about getting comfortable. I’m the type of person who likes havng bad posture while eating good food. I like to sink into a large chair while sipping a cocktail. I like a flirtatious smile amongst a couple of people while snacking on a few small dishes.
