It's not everyday that we get to fly a plane. In fact I have only done it once. However, you should understand that in my one day of flying I learned how to flip it, tumble it, stall it and roll it. In fact I spend an afternoon doing all of this while a trained fighter pilot instructed me to push my own limits. That is the reason to go to Las Vegas. Somehow, in Las Vegas almost anything is possible.

This week in Las Vegas, May 9 - 12, 2013, you can go off your diet and indulge in one too many cocktails because the food extravaganza also known as Uncork'd will be happening and you will definitely need to treat yourself. This is a four day event that includes some serious eating and plenty of opportunities to engage your inner foodie in some decadence and food education. Pace yourself because four days of heavy lifting at the dinner table can definitely take their toll.

It goes without saying (but we’ll say it anyway) that virtually every large casino resort on the Las Vegas Strip has some good shopping. However, one casino mall is truly the granddaddy of them all, and very arguably still the reigning retail monarch. I’m talking of course about the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Now in it’s 20th year of operation, the expanded Forum Shops offers a sprawling array of retail on every level, restaurants, services and more.

You wake up in Las Vegas and the sting is still alive and well in your head after a long fun night experiencing all that Las Vegas had in store for you. Well, don't stop there have a little more fun.

Is it possible that my job could get any better? Listen, for the last ten years I have been eating, drinking, sleeping, swimming, dancing and experiencing everything in Las Vegas. There is this feeling that comes from spending an afternoon in a nice robe and feeling beads of sweat runoff your brow in a hot steam. It’s called relaxation.
