This two level bar is a hipster’s paradise with moody décor and a theme that throwbacks to that of the pre-Prohibition era. The bar is even complete with a secret room that contains a Prohibition-style ‘illegal’ bar, per se. Ask the bartender upon arrival about the “laundry room” and that should get you on your way to discovering this secret room. Otherwise, enjoy roaming around 6,000-square-feet of party space. Don’t be fooled, though, this venue gets packed, but you get to rub elbows with gorgeous local Las Vegans while randomly joining conversations with your fellow bar patrons. Commonwealth is quickly gaining notoriety among more than just the Vegas crew, but it still remains quirky and cool with a sexy “anything goes here” attitude.
